Payment
- PLEASE DO NOT PAY FULL AMOUNT During booking . If you decide to pay the full amount of your service when you book your appointment and it was not performed at any fault of mine, that money WILL NOT BE REFUNDED . If I have to cancel an appointment for personal/emergency reasons, you have the option to reschedule or a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Communication
- When calling or texting please use proper phone etiquette by greeting with “hi, hello, good morning, good afternoon “ then clearly specify the service and date you are inquiring about.
- Please be mindful of your call/text times when booking. Calls or texts will be answered only between 9a.m.-7p.m. Missed calls and texts will be returned during that timeframe only.
- Please allow at least 24 hours for response time as I am not always near my phone & may be servicing a client.
Attendance
Please call/text to notify me if you're going to be late or unable to keep your appointment. A 10 minute grace period is allowed, However late fees will be applied any time thereafter!

- If you do a NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will be required to pay the full amount of that service before booking a new appointment. If you do a NO CALL/NO SHOW a second time you will be BANNED from booking future appointments!!!!!!!!!!
- NO EXTRA PEOPLE are to accompany you Unless being serviced
- When you arrive the day of appointment PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PARKING ON MY PARKING PAD or in front of any of the garage spaces. There is a visitor parking lot and all spaces are available to use except handicapped parking spaces. Front door entrance/exit only!!!
